I'm so excited to share with you this piece from the book Percy Presents Mystic Island by Narelle Craven.

This was such a joy to work on, I loved everything about it - the flowy hair, the side stare, the little flower accents, the metal headgear! Narelle Craven is awesome!

For my personal touch I added the Taylor Swift "Blank Space" vibe of runny mascara. I cal this "Psycho Ex-Girlfriend".

This is probably the first piece I finished almost entirely using PanPastels, save some spots I darkened with a black Faber Castell pitt pen.

Hey y'all! 

Today I would like to feature a coloring book by the talented artist Narelle Craven, called Percy Presents Mystic Island.

Narelle is an illustrator fron Torquay, Australia who describes herself as having "contemporary, loose and whimsical style". When you start flipping the pages of the book you will see why! The illustrations are gorgeous and I immediately fell in love. 


This book is inspired by Percy, a cute penguin rescue. You will find his little story inside the book as cuteness bonus!
